A citizen initiative, DoucheFLUX was created solely thanks to the support of many individuals, as well as companies and private foundations. We are very grateful for the involvement of these many actors in our project: tackling homelessness, from shower to rehousing.
Since 2017, with the opening of its day centre for people in vulnerable situations, the non-profit organisation has received structural recognition from the Brussels Region. In 2023, DoucheFLUX also became a Housing First operator. Recognised for its work with people experiencing homelessness, DoucheFLUX is now mainly subsidised by public authorities.
However, we still need the valuable support of civil society, particularly to maintain our freedom of action and our independence. You can take action by giving your time, donating clothes or hygiene products, but also by contributing financially. Everything is possible!
