Every Friday morning, colours invade the lounge area of the day centre! Pencils, pastels, watercolours, the techniques and themes which art therapist Helena Troisgros offers the participants vary from week to week and are illustrated and explained step by step. This is not an academic exercise: everyone is free to follow their own inspiration!
