For persons without documents and without NISS/INSZ or BIS number:
The government is finalizing the organisation of persons without documents and without NISS/INSZ or BIS number. Once we have information about that, we will post it on our website www.doucheflux.be and on Facebook and Instagram.
Attention! The MOBIVAX vaccination campaigns which take place at DoucheFLUX focus in particular on people living in extreme poverty: homeless persons, squatters...
Attention! Persons vaccinated by MOBIVAX, and who do not have a NISS/INSZ or BIS number are handed a vaccination card which does not entitle to the European Union Digital COVID Certificate. If you want to get the European Union Digital COVID Certificate you had better wait for the coming procedure for persons without documents and without NISS/INSZ or BIS number.
